I. General provisions
These Rules establish the conditions under which you can book and rent accommodation in private apartments at the Seaside Park Hotel. Kołobrzeg ul. East 20.
The contract between the customer and the apartment owner is concluded at the time of online or telephone booking.

II. Reservation

1. To book the service, the customer books the stay online (by filling out the reservation form on the website www.kolobrzeg.widoknamorze.pl or by telephone). A preliminary reservation of the selected apartment will be sent to the customer’s email address. Email address retained for 3 business days; During this time, a deposit of 30% of the total reservation value must be transferred to the account of the owner, Dorota Brunka.
2. The deposit is considered confirmation of the reservation.
3. If the advance payment is not made within the specified period of 3 days, the original reservation will be automatically canceled.
4. After receiving the deposit or the entire reservation amount, the customer will receive an email or SMS confirming the payment. At the request of the customer, indicated when confirming the reservation, a VAT invoice will be issued documenting receipt of payment. Before paying a deposit or the total amount, you must communicate your wish to receive a VAT invoice.
5. If not the entire amount for the stay has been paid, but only a deposit, the remaining amount must be paid immediately 3 days before arrival by bank transfer, at the latest on the day of arrival with payment confirmation by email or SMS.
6. Online payments are processed by eCard S.A. handled.
d. Payment complaints
The entrepreneur will reimburse the payment using the same payment methods used by the consumer in the original transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different solution; in any case, the consumer will not incur any fees in connection with this return; When paying by payment card, the refund will be made directly to the buyer’s card.

III. Terms of the rental agreement

1. The contract concluded between the owner of the apartment and the customer exclusively covers the rental of the apartment. The rental price includes additional costs (electricity, gas, water, heating during the heating period) and final cleaning.
2. Key handover: Receipt of the lock code via SMS; Arrival should be from 3:00 p.m. and departure by 11:00 a.m. (the code is active during the entire stay)
3. The hotel day begins at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
4. The customer is obliged to pay the amount resulting from the confirmation of the stay reservation, even if the arrival or stay is delayed or shortened for reasons beyond the control of the owner of the establishment (communication difficulties, personal reasons).
5. The customer is obliged to immediately inform the person responsible for the booking of any events that could cause damage to the owner of the apartment.
6. The customer may only use the apartment for residential purposes and may not rent it out.
7. The customer is liable for all damage caused to the equipment of the premises and to the premises themselves. The customer undertakes to report any damage immediately to the person responsible for the reservation and to take responsibility for it no later than the day of departure.
8. The apartment is closed at night from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. the next day.

IV. Obligations of the customer

1. The number of people staying in the apartment is limited to the number specified in the reservation documents. The customer is obliged to notify any change to this number by telephone or email. Otherwise, the person responsible for the reservation may refuse to hand over the apartment keys.
2. The customer is obliged to adhere to the principles of good neighborliness and to maintain the apartment in its existing condition.
3. Unregistered visitors are allowed to stay in the apartment between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
4. The owner of the apartment may refuse to accept a customer who, during his previous stay, has grossly violated the rules, causing damage to the property of the apartment or guests or causing personal injury to guests, employees or other persons stayed at the Sea Side Park Hotel.
5. Due to fire safety regulations, smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
6. For fire safety reasons, the use of electrical devices that are not part of the apartments’ furnishings, as well as the use of open fire, e.g. a grill, is prohibited.
